Inspired by a love for thoughtful design, Refined Rentals was founded with a clear point of view–a refined collection of, styled with intention.

With years in the furniture, design, and interiors industry, founder and owner Kim Brooks brings a seasoned eye shaped by her experience as the former owner of Brooks & Collier.

During her daughter’s wedding planning process, Kim reimagined how her background in design could translate into events, ultimately shaping the vision for REfined Rentals–a rental collection that brings layered character and timeless detail to every event.

Our Director, Anna Akin, complements that foundation with a background in hospitality and events, bringing a client-focused perspective to our process. Paired with her passion for creating spaces that feel personal and inviting, she adds a sense of ease and intention to every client experience.

From the first conversation to the final installation, we work closely with each client to ensure every element feels intentional, personal, and cohesive.
